International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Certified Gentle Sleep Coach.
I’ve been supporting moms and babies for over 15 years. My career began in Belgium, where I worked as a midwife both in hospitals and through home visits. I specialized in neonatal intensive care (NICU) and became a lactation consultant — because I genuinely love helping families get off to the best possible start.
My own parenting journey taught me how much the right support matters. I struggled with breastfeeding my first baby and faced endless sleepless nights with my second. Those experiences shaped me and reminded me that no amount of theory compares to those 3 a.m. moments when you feel completely lost.

I work with families from the newborn stage through toddlerhood, supporting babies and young children with sleep challenges in a gentle and developmentally appropriate way. With over 15 years of experience supporting moms and babies as a midwife, lactation consultant, and sleep coach, I understand how sleep needs evolve during each stage of early childhood.
My philosophy is rooted in responsive, gentle, and individualized care. I believe healthy sleep can be achieved while still protecting connection, attachment, and your parenting values. Every family is different, so I create realistic sleep plans that work with your child’s temperament, feeding needs, and your family’s lifestyle.
Absolutely. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Gentle Sleep Coach, I fully support breastfeeding and understand the importance of nurturing your bond with your baby. I work with families who room-share, co-sleep, breastfeed, bottle-feed, or combine approaches. My goal is never to force you into a method that doesn’t feel right for your family.
Every child is unique, but many families notice positive changes within the first few days of implementing their sleep plan. Sustainable improvements usually happen gradually over a couple of weeks with consistency and support. My approach focuses on long-term healthy sleep habits rather than quick fixes.
Sleep disruptions are a completely normal part of childhood. Illness, teething, travel, regressions, and developmental milestones can all temporarily affect sleep. I’ll help you navigate these challenges with flexibility and confidence so you know how to gently return to your routines without feeling like you’re starting from scratch.
My coaching packages include a detailed assessment of your child’s sleep, a personalized sleep plan, and ongoing support throughout the process. I’ll guide you step-by-step, answer your questions, and help troubleshoot challenges so you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
Never. I know personally how overwhelming feeding struggles and sleep deprivation can feel. My own parenting journey included difficult breastfeeding experiences with my first baby and endless sleepless nights with my second. Those experiences taught me that parents need compassion and support — not judgment.
Yes. Even short but frequent wakings can leave both children and parents exhausted over time. Together, we’ll look at the bigger picture of your toddler’s sleep habits and create a gentle plan to help improve sleep quality and reduce disruptions.
Yes. My recommendations are based on evidence-based sleep and feeding practices, combined with years of professional experience supporting families as a midwife, NICU specialist, lactation consultant, and sleep coach. Your child’s emotional well-being, development, and sense of security are always at the center of my approach.
We’ll start with an initial consultation where we talk about your child’s sleep patterns, feeding routines, challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll create a customized plan designed specifically for your family and support you throughout the journey toward calmer nights and more restful sleep.
