I’ve been supporting moms and babies for over 15 years. My career began in Belgium, where I worked as a midwife both in hospitals and through home visits. Later, I specialized in neonatal intensive care (NICU) and became a lactation consultant — because I genuinely love helping families get off to the best possible start.
My own parenting journey taught me how much the right support matters. I struggled with breastfeeding my first baby and faced endless sleepless nights with my second. Those experiences shaped me and reminded me that no amount of theory compares to those 3 a.m. moments when you feel completely lost.
That’s why every certification I’ve pursued and every technique I’ve learned has been guided by one goal: to combine evidence-based care with real compassion. Because science matters — but so does understanding what you’re going through
In 2022, my family made Davenport, Florida our new home, and I’ve loved bringing my European training and experience to support families here. I’ve worked with hundreds of parents over the years, and I know what works — and what doesn’t.

What I do:
As an IBCLC, I help you navigate all aspects of breastfeeding — from painful latches and milk supply concerns to pumping strategies and gentle weaning on your timeline. Whether you’re returning to work, struggling with feeding, or just need reassurance that you’re doing great — I’m here with hands-on support and practical guidance.
As a Gentle Sleep Coach, I guide tired parents toward better rest using compassionate, responsive methods that respect your comfort level. Together, we’ll create bedtime routines and sleep strategies that work — without guilt or tears.
Parenting is hard enough without feeling like you have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to give you straightforward advice, realistic strategies, and honest support. No judgment. No onesize-fits-all solutions. Just help that’s tailored to you and your family.
